These terms apply when you buy a report from Cosmic Self. We've tried to keep them short and plain.
1.The service
Cosmic Self creates personal astrology reports, and monthly reports for people who want them. Each report is written from astronomical calculations of the birth data you enter, together with the focus area and the questions you choose to ask.
The reports are made for entertainment, inspiration and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and you shouldn't base important decisions on them.
2.Ordering and price
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. The checkout may also show an approximate amount in your local currency. The amount charged is the one shown in the checkout.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
3.Delivery
Your report is created right after your payment has gone through, usually within a few minutes. You'll find it at your personal link, which we also email to you.
Please make sure the email address you give is correct. It's how we reach you if anything needs clarifying, and how you get your link back if you lose it.
4.14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your report, email us at info@thecosmicself.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
This guarantee comes on top of your statutory consumer rights, which these terms don't limit.
One thing worth knowing: for digital content that is delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins, and you agree to this when you buy. Our own guarantee still applies.
5.Monthly reports
Monthly reports cost 4.90 USD per month, or 52.92 USD per year. They renew automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time with the link in your monthly report or in the email we send with it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep the reports you've received.
“All of 2027” is a one-time payment of 34.90 USD for twelve monthly reports, January to December 2027. It doesn't renew.
6.Gifts and partner or friend reports
Each gift link and each partner or friend link can be redeemed once, by one person. The recipient enters their own birth details.
7.Age
You need to be 18 or older to buy from us, or have a guardian's consent.
8.Intellectual property
The reports are for your own personal use. You're welcome to share them privately with people close to you, but not to resell them or use them commercially.
9.Liability
The reports are provided as they are. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on a report. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law says otherwise.
10.Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown here when you bought.
11.Complaints and disputes
If something isn't right, contact us first at info@thecosmicself.com and we'll do our best to sort it out. Swedish law applies to these terms. If you're a consumer in Sweden you can turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN, arn.se), and if you're a consumer elsewhere in the EU you can contact your national consumer body.
